Arham’s development arm is a family-held enterprise operating across the commercial, residential and retail asset classes, having an active presence in the Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and UAE markets.
We are not volume developers. Our projects are Boutique by Conviction - Single-Digit Residences, Architecturally Singular, finished to specifications where Gaggenau, Miele, and Villeroy & Boch are standard issue.

In Dubai, that means Desert Modernism - architecture that responds to harsh light and heat with curved forms, shaded balconies, and materials that weather gracefully under a Gulf sun.
In Bangalore, it means respecting the garden-city heritage - tree-lined setbacks, natural ventilation where possible, and a refusal to build towers where low-rise belongs.

We don’t import a signature style. Each project begins with site, climate, and neighbourhood character – then works inward to floor plates and finishes.
Consultant-grade collaboration
We work with international architects, MEP engineers, and interior specialists who’ve delivered at the Four Seasons and Aman level. Their standards become our baseline.

Boutique scale means principal-level involvement from land acquisition through handover. No project is large enough to delegate fully.
